Deposits

50% Deposit required and Remaining balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing, and signed. In the event that we fail to complete the job within the quoted timeframe due to our own poor planning or negligence, you may request a refund of your deposit. However, if the job cannot be continued on time due to the actions of another contractor not hired by us or due to an issue on your part, a refund cannot be requested. Deposits will be collected no later than two weeks prior to the start of the job. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of completion unless otherwise discussed, put in writing, and signed by both parties.

Warranties

Our Iron work is backed by a 10-year warranty, anything built by us is covered in this warranty. Painted products carry a 5- year warranty on the paint. If issues arise or touch ups are needed, we will dispatch a technician to address the issue as needed. Powder coated products are covered by a 10-year warranty. Gate Openers installed by us will have a 1-year warranty. If there is a problem, please contact us at 706-728-7006 and we will send out a technician to fix the issues. Please note that damage caused by external forces, such as a car crash, falling trees, or acts of God, are not covered under the warranties. ​
