We are writing to inform the public that Allen and Bethany Miller are the sole legal owners of German Ornamental Iron LLC. Our company name is trademarked, registered as an LLC, and possesses all necessary up to date business licenses and insurances. We file taxes under this entity, possess an Employer Identification Number (EIN), and maintain all necessary paperwork. We are aware of another individual that has been attempting to utilize our name, claiming a connection through his relatives past use of the name, however all legal documentation of this previous company does NOT name this individual as an owner or beneficiary of any kind and that company was legally dissolved in 2005. The individual utilizing our company name has an already well-established business under a different name. This individual has operated and advertised using that name for decades and has an already established ironworks reputation of his own. We are confident in our ability legally to resolve this issue as we have already won one lawsuit against this individual. In the meantime, please note that any deposits made to individuals other than Allen or Bethany Miller are NOT affiliated with our company. Consequently, we cannot assist individuals who have provided deposits to others and are inquiring about the status of their work. We encourage everyone no matter who you work with to obtain written proof and establish a paper trail for any deposits made to any company and have the scope of any work that is to be done written down so there is clear communication between everyone involved.
