The individual utilizing our company name has an already well-established business under a different name. This individual has operated and advertised using that name for decades and has an already established ironworks reputation of his own. We are confident in our ability legally to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please note that any deposits made to individuals other than Allen or Bethany Miller are NOT affiliated with our company. Consequently, we cannot assist individuals who have provided deposits to others and are inquiring about the status of their work. It is essential to obtain written proof and establish a paper trail for any deposits made and any work that is to be done.
